User activation
We specialize in the commissioning of business and residential users for telecommunication operators through the installation, testing and certification of termination devices (routers) in the user's home.
Maintenance
Through the help desk service and thanks to the numerous technicians operating in the field, we successfully manage the maintenance of the systems we deal with. We manage the maintenance of operators' telecommunications systems such as networking for directional private users, perfectly adapting to customized requests and the most challenging SLAs.
Delivery
We take care of complete connectivity from the operator's central unit (or PoP) until the end user terminates. We therefore create fiber and copper user connectivity networks at the neighborhood, building and single dwelling levels in order to physically connect the end customer.
Help desk
We are able to provide a first and second level specialist technical support service online and on-site and / or remotely, carried out through the internal Contact center / help desk structure active every day, 24 hours a day 7 days a week for residential and business users.
Presidium
We perform plant management services through specialist on-site controls at the customer. The primary tasks performed are aimed at carrying out systemic activities for activating, moving and installing server systems and network connectivity within the datacenter, i.e. managing the situations of move, add and change in general.
Pre and post sale support
In addition to the maintenance service, we offer specialist support in the design and maintenance of plants and systems. In the pre-sale phase we manage the analysis, requirements examination, evaluation and choice of the solution, integration and cost analysis. In the post-sales phase we proceed through the analysis of the systems, the measurement and evaluation of the performance parameters and the identification of anomalies and malfunctions.
